Glenn Adams (KD4TLC) called the meeting to order.
David Hook (KE4GES) gave the treasurers report.
Swap-Fest:
We have 38 tables reserved for the Swap-Fest with a total of 73
tables available. Glenn has asked everyone to talk-up the
Swap-Fest as much as possible so that we can get a good showing of
guests on Saturday. Setup will begin at 6am on Saturday morning,
with the doors opening to the public at 8am. Signage will be
in-place tomorrow evening. We have 9 door prizes available, giving
them away every 30 minutes starting at 8:30am. We did not get the
Pepsi trailer this year, so concessions will be inside the building.
We will be selling donuts, soft-drinks, coffee, and hot-chocolate.
Harry Adams, Ken Ledford, and Michael Ledford will work the concession
stand. David Hook and Sharon Adams will sell tickets. We
will need a couple of volunteers to help with parking and showing the
tailgaters where to unload their stuff. We need everyone in place
by 7:30am. If we get more than 25 tailgaters, we will have to
start putting them outside. We will setup for the Swap-Fest
tomorrow evening at 7pm. Nomination of
